‘Where is the Money?’ - M.M.T. and the Irrational Fear of Public Spending

The Crumbling ‘Blue Wall’ - Joe Biden’s Unconvincing Victory
Joe Biden has won the 2020 Presidential election. Sorting through the wreckage, it is clear that the factor which propelled Trump into the Oval Office needs to be addressed to prevent a ‘relapse.’ Trump’s voters, those who voted for him apart from the traditional white, middle-class, Republican base, have seen little reason to abandon their favored candidate. I argue that economic inequality is probably the central driving force of Trump’s success. If Biden is unable to reduce the wealth and income gaps, he will again face face stiff opposition from the white, working-class. The ‘Blue Wall’ is on shaky foundations.

As unexpected as this may seem, their strategy has borne fruit. This conflict reveals differing perceptions among people of how ‘legacy media’ operates.
